A 34-year-old man from Slovakia is celebrating a huge six-figure lottery win, after playing the EuroMillions through PlayEuroLotto last month.The player, based near the town of Michalovce, scooped a huge €284,245 prize on the August 8th draw after entering through the PlayEuroLotto.com site. PlayEuroLotto allows players from almost any country in the world to participate in some of the largest lotteries around, including pan-European lottery EuroMillions and the MegaMillions and Powerball draws in the United States.
“We’re so happy to have a big prize winner; this shows we have sound and professional risk management in place that our players can trust,” said Danny Thomas, marketing director of Kootac NV, the Curacao-licensed company which handles lottery entries on behalf of PlayEuroLotto.
Players can wager on lotteries using a range of currencies via PlayEuroLotto, which will soon release a native app and mobile site in addition to its brand new website.
